ABOUT THE WINE

Winemaker's Notes

Light brick red in color with a nose full of violets, cherries, strawberries, and a light dusting of sage and marjoram. In the mouth, the wine exudes a lot of the same characteristics being soft and fruity with more cherry and summer sweet plum tones with just a touch of earth aiding the wine's depth and complexity on the finish.

Serving Suggestions
This wine will pair wonderfully with salmon grilled with honey mustard, grilled portabella and mozzarella cheese sandwiches, or assorted Chinese food such as Orange Chicken, pot stickers, and chicken in a plum sauce.
