ORDERING

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO ORDER ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. AN ADULT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY

New Customer

If you are a new customer, you will be asked to create an account during the Checkout process. You just need an email address and create a password to setup an account. However, you will be asked to enter your shipping and billing information later in the process. After your account is setup you can access MyCellar to view past orders, check order status of recent purchases, change billing and shipping information and more.

Returning Customer

If your account is already setup, please sign in by using your email address and password, and then continue with Checkout process. Although your billing and shipping addresses are stored in our system for the record, your credit card information will be deleted from our system after each transaction. Carefully review your information during the checkout process to avoid shipping delays.

Finding Items

You can find your favorite wine by using keyword search on top corner of our website or by browsing lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the left side navigation bar. Our Website also provide Search Page that allows you to browse the entire store by categories.

Add Item to your Shopping Cart

You can move an item to your Shopping Cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button located below the price of each items. Keep shopping or browsing until you are ready for Check Out. Click on the "Continue" button to start Check Out process when you are ready. Remember, you can always remove or add item during the Check Out process.

Checking out

Please take a moment to review your order you've placed in your Shopping Cart. Remove unwanted item by using the "Remove" button next to the items. When you are ready to place an order for everything you've chosen in the Shopping Cart, click on "Update" button to show your total cost of your order. Then click on the "Check Out" button for billing and shipping information.

Submit your Order

Before submitting your order, check all the information for accuracy. You can go back and make any change if necessary. When you are ready, click on the "Submit Order" button to process your order. Wait for few second for the order confirmation page to appear on the screen. You will instantly receive an Order Confirmation with your order number in your email. Please read Order Confirmation section for more detail on confirmation process.

We DO NOT process credit card payment in real-time. Payment process will begin when your order is fulfilled and ready to leave our facility. Sorry, we do not accept cash, check, wire transfer or COD orders.
